To request an appointment, please click the "Request an Appointment" button and complete the form below. Within 48 business hours, you will receive a message or call from a provider to gather further information and/or schedule an appointment.

Technical Help
Occasionally, our patient portal may experience technical issues that are outside of our control. If you receive an error message when submitting a form, please email us at intake@bridgespsych.com with your or your child’s full name and date of birth so we can enter the information manually.
Cancellation Policies
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduled sessions made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
This policy is in place because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late to a session, the remaining time will be used as scheduled, and the full fee will still apply.
Engaging with our website, contacting us, or inquiring about services does not establish a provider-client relationship. You are not considered a client of Bridges Psychological Assessment until you have completed an initial direct meeting with one of our clinicians. If you have questions about our services, we encourage you to reach out, but please note that information shared through this website does not constitute professional advice or psychological care.
